My name is Justine Eno, I am 32, I have been a yoga teacher for 4 years now. I am a mother of two beautiful girls, I have been married for 8 years and I live in Northern Alberta. When I am not teaching & studying all things yoga, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, binge watching reality TV, being in nature and adventure.
Every year I pick a word (or two) that I try my best to embody through out the year. In 2024 my word is:
Surrender

About Me
"Yoga teaches us to cure what not be endured and endure what cannot be cured." -B.K.S. Iyengar

I received my yoga certification from Mynah School of Yoga in Calgary, Alberta in 2019. Within months after being certified I was teaching and dove right in! Teaching yoga is my Dharma, my purpose, I find so much joy in teaching, it fills up my cup to teach yoga.
Yoga has walked me through some tremendously tough times, and I want to make sure everyone who wants yoga has the ability to do it.
My ultimate goal is to reach as many people as I can and share the gift of yoga.

Namasté (nah-mas-tay)
My soul honors your soul. I honors the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honor the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same. We are one.

I am currently diving into community involvement. My family & I have recently moved to a new place and finding a sense of community is important to me. I am diving in head first and teaching at a top notch conference at the beginning of March called Shameless Ambition, an event exclusively for women. Then right after that I will be teaching at a virtual conference called the Happy Body Summit.
The business that I own with my husband have currently sponsored the Community Foundations program. They go around to surrounding communities giving back, the charity that helps the charities! I am excited to dive into the local community and to continue to give back in every way I can. Follow along my blog and The Shameless Era Podcast to see the journeys unfold.
As you may have read numerous times on the page, my goal is to make yoga available to anyone who wants it despite any limitation they may have - that includes financially. I have also created a YouTube page where I upload one free yoga video every few weeks. I ask that you share & like the videos and make sure to subscribe to my channel & socials.
