Oh My Dharma video library has a ton of variety of classes to choose from, all of which are FREE. Whether this is going to be your first class or you have been practicing for years, there is something for you. Most of the classes are open to all levels of Yogi's, in those classes there are usually opportunities to take postures further for the more experienced Yogi. If you are unsure where to begin book an assessment or a private one hour yoga class, both the assessment and private class are not included in the free classes.

Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

Vinyasa in Yoga is described as a flow of postures together and that is exactly what you will get in any of my Vinyasa Flow classes. All classes begin with an opening meditation, a gentle warm up, a flow of postures, and gentle wind down and a closing Savasana. In the Vinyasa Flow library you will find some classes that work more towards hips, hamstrings, backbends, heart openers etc. these classes are generally 60 minutes long however some are 45 minutes. These classes are open to all levels, with opportunities in class to take the postures deeper or to a more advanced level.

Gentle Flow - All Levels 

If you are looking for a slower pace with flow & movement these classes are for you! My Gentle Flow classes are slower paced, but still involve flow of the postures and working with the breath. In all Gentle Flow classes, we will begin with an opening meditation, then move into seated / all fours warm up positions, there may be a few standing postures through out the class, but not many. The classes will close with more seated gentle movement, and close out with Savasana. Gentle Flow classes are open to all levels and these classes are great starting point for the yogi who is just dipping their toes in! These classes are also wonderful if you are working through an injury, have mobility issues or if you are wanting simply to slow down your practice without going all the way to yin! The Gentle Flow classes are typically 50-60 minutes long.

Yin Yang - All Levels 

Yin Yang are my FAVOURITE classes to teach!! This class is the perfect mixture between a Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga, the best of both put into one. We will begin class with opening meditation and Yin like postures, we will not hold all of the postures as long as we would in a typical Yin class, however, they will be held longer than a typical Vinyasa Flow class. Warm up will have gentle movement, from there class moves into the flow portion, where we find flow with our postures and working with the breath. We will wind class down with a few more “Yinny” postures, then close everything out with a wonderful Savasana. This class is the one you want for a well-rounded class in just 60 minutes!

Sun Salutation Flow - Intermediate to Advanced

Salute the Sun!! These class are all about the Sun Salutation A & the Sun Salutation B. When we are in the cycle of the full moon, there will a Moon Salutation class added as well. These class do follow the lay out as the others, meditation…warm up… but from there we go into Sun Salutation A’s and B’s, there is usually some Vinyasa Flow added after the Sun Salutations are completed, then we will wind things down and close it out with Savasana. Sun Salutation classes are open to all levels, however it is faster paced and there is not much explaining of the postures through the salutations. It is recommended that you have knowledge in the Sun Salutation Flow before starting one of these classes. These classes are typically 45-60 Minutes long.

Yin Yoga - All Levels 

Let’s slow everything down, way down. Yin is slow, Yin is juicy, Yin is the deep dive! Although many people think Yin is not a “work out”, I consider it more of a work in! In a Yin class we will move into few postures, usually 5-8 per class. Once in these postures we use props (you can use blankets and pillows) to get comfortable and find stillness in the body and mind. Yin is WONDERFUL for your body, working deep into the Myofascial Tissue, Yin is also just as wonderful for your mind, challenging you to find that mental stillness in minutes of silence. Let get comfortably uncomfortable and go inwards with Yin. Yin Yoga classes are open to all levels of yogis and are typically 60-90 minutes in duration.

Power Flow - Intermediate to Advanced

Power Flow is how these classes are well known, I like to call them Sweaty Betty!! Lets get sweaty! These classes are wonderful if you are looking for a little extra sweat and challenge in your practice. These classes are faster paced and have more advanced postures then most of the other classes. In these classes we work on backbends, core, balances, binds and really fun transitions. These class do start like all the others, with a nice meditation, however the warm up is quick, and we jump right into movement, then into faster movement, then into movement you push yourself through, then we will take things down with a nice wind down, and as always that closing Savasana. Power Flow classes are more for the Intermediate – Advanced Yogi, as the pace is fast and the postures are more challenging.

Short Videos 

Shorts were created for that yogi in a time crunch. These classes range from 15 - 20 minutes in length, you will get the full class in that time frame. I do my very best to squeeze an hour class into twenty minutes or less. You will find a variety of class styles, so no matter the stage you are at, there will be a class for you.
